“I had been hunting for a lightly used Ford Expedition and stumbled across a listing for one at Kendall Audi Bend. Though there were no pictures, I called to get information on it as I had three other options sell from under me pretty quickly. David Woods was highly responsive, hunted down the vehicle, sent pictures, and had a cost breakdown in my inbox within a few hours! We live 7 hours from Bend and were nervous about making the trip all that way for a vehicle we had yet to see, but David answered every one of our questions and gave us the confidence to make the trek out to see the car. We got there Friday morning, took it for a test drive, and knew it was the one for us! The buying process was quick and efficient, and we were out of there in no time.I would highly recommend David and his team. They made this experience so easy for us, I hope to return and buy my future vehicles from them again!”

“After 11 years and 170,000 miles, my ’12 WRX lost compression in one cylinder. And then, the fifth gear synchro started acting up. Should I buy a new car? Or, should I fix what I got? I was aware of Mike’s reputation, but I lived some 800 miles distant. Finding a competent, professional shop closer to home is not as easy as it sounds. I liked Mike’s recommendations: build a new engine around a warranted Subaru short block. This is exactly what he did about six months ago to my WRX. Have I had any issues? No. Not a single one. He replaced my transmission a few weeks ago in early December. Dropped it off in the morning; picked it up in the afternoon. Have I had any issues with the new transmission? No. Not a single one. You Subaru folks around Bend are spoiled having Subie Tech in town. Some of us have to drive a few miles. Thanks Mike and crew, I really appreciate what you’ve done sorting out my like-new WRX.”
