They wanted a pretty penny for replacement so I called around. Found this place and just went in today for service. The mechanic said I didn't even need my belt replaced and I had plentyyy of miles left. THE HONESTY. I just had to write a raving review because a good, honest business is hard to come by. “We had a coolant link in our BMW X5, but we were unsure where the leak was coming from. Michael quickly diagnosed that the water pump had seized. Unfortunately, all this happened just before a huge snow and ice storm, so it took a few days longer than planned to get the parts. “I had been hunting for a lightly used Ford Expedition and stumbled across a listing for one at Kendall Audi Bend. Though there were no pictures, I called to get information on it as I had three other options sell from under me pretty quickly. David Woods was highly responsive, hunted down the vehicle, sent pictures, and had a cost breakdown in my inbox within a few hours! We live 7 hours from Bend and were nervous about making the trip all that way for a vehicle we had yet to see, but David answered every one of our questions and gave us the confidence to make the trek out to see the car. We got there Friday morning, took it for a test drive, and knew it was the one for us! The buying process was quick and efficient, and we were out of there in no time.I would highly recommend David and his team. “Jesse and crew at 9th Street Auto Repair are the best! My F150 10 speed transmission failed. Yeah, that's a suprise. Thousands of these transmissions have failed and Ford isn't standing behind their products. Ford wanted me to leave the truck with them for at least a month maybe longer to replace it. Jesse's team found the replacement in less than a day. I had lots of questions and Jesse and the ladies in the office went out of their way to answer all of them.. They said it would take 2 days to replace it and a day to reprogram it. Most of the shops in Bend wouldn't even touch it. I towed it to them on the Wednesday before Christmas for them to start on it on Thursday figuring I might have it back before New Year's Eve. if I was lucky. They finished the transmission swap and reprogramingy and I picked it up on FRIDAY before Christmas! Only one day!! I also wanted them to check the rear end to see if it needed work. Jesse told me the rear end was fine and didn't need servicing. Some shops would have gone ahead and charged for the rear end work also. The truck runs great now and I can't be more pleased with their work. They also gave me tips to keep the truck running in great shape.I highly recommend 9th Street Auto for any work you need on your car or truck.”

The whole staff was very helpful and knowledgeable getting my 85' Chevy square body dually windows front and back and brought them into state compliance for correct installation. The restoration shop we used out of Terrebonne Oregon did not complete truck as promised and sent me down the road with no seal lock on front and back windows which is highly dangerous not to mention the liability they were unknowingly responsible by law was astronomical. Lucky I didn't get in wreck for they would have been financially ruined forever. So again we came to the right shop for the fix. Thanks Larry and staff.”

“This was my first at the Bend Subaru dealer. From the time I made the appointment to picking up the car the service was excellent. I had an oil change and rear brakes replaced. I’ve had my 2017 Outback serviced by two other Subaru dealers and this was by far my best experience. The only issue was being charged 3% to use a credit/debit card. I would have scrounged up a paper check or brought cash if I was informed of this practice at the time I scheduled the appointment. So, 4 instead of 5 stars.”
