Not sure, but guessing that’s more of an industry issue (and very frustrating for female riders). I did find a pair of riding jeans that were just what I was looking for which I was very thankful to be able to try on before purchasing (ordering on line is such a crap shoot…even at the store: tried on two types of very similar RevIt jeans, same size but one I could just barely get into, the other was so big I was swimming in them…again, an industry frustration). Would love to see Cycle Gear explore more quality options/companies that focus on female riders!”

As I'm quickly finding out accidents, don't just create pain from the impact but pain from dealing with the insurance companies and the lack of information given by the insurance. My vehicle has sentimental value to me beyond just being how I get to and from. Not only do the amazing people here understand how I felt they took the time to honestly answer all of my questions. They walked me through what the damages were and what needs to be fixed. The level of compassion that they have. I've never experienced at any other shop.”

“I own a 2016, first generation Volkswagen Tiguan, SE 4Motion. This is my second Tiguan and I knew I wanted to get away from having my service done at the dealerships. I only wish I'd found Import Auto sooner. These guys are straight shooters who I'd feel comfortable making a deal on a handshake with. When I first contacted Import Auto via email Michael was quick on his follow up. He kept it simple and direct, putting me at ease when I explained my limited knowledge of auto repair and maintenance.
He had a casual confidence that said he understood and with a, "Yep, we can do that." put me on their schedule within a week. Unfortunately I missed to appointment due to illness and had to cancel. A few weeks later I called back to see if they would still take me. To my surprise they remembered who I was, and with a, "Yeah, come on in!" I was dropping my car off the same day. The shop is easy to find just off the westside of OR 217. The reception area is tight, it's clean and profession with character and clearly run by a team that loves everything auto. While no one was in reception there's an obvious buzzer and they were quick to respond. I don't recall the gentleman's name who helped my in reception but was impressed with his professional appearance and clean, wrinkle free shop shirt, with a name patch. The guy was just as friendly and professional as Michael and had an easy going way of putting me at ease. For my part, I can only describe the VW I dropped off as a sad disaster. It hadn't been serviced for an embarrassingly long time, which I explained. And I also dropped it off looking like it was in shambles, not the best first impression. But still they were cool. My car needed a lot done and I found the cost of service for maintenance and repair was fair. And they were completely transparent through the whole process, there were no surprises.
This is an an honest shop with a trustworthy, friendly and professional crew. And in the end the work was of exceptionally high quality. These goes go above and beyond and I intend on using their services for years to come. Thank you Import Auto for getting me to love my car again!”

“They aligned my foxbody when les Schwab said it was too low and will do a front alignment only which saves money. I've had les Schwab tell me they have to charge me for a 4 wheel alignment on a SOLID AXLE MUSTANG... Rev aligned it for 50$. Recently I took my 88 Camry to them after installing new tie rods, they charged 85$ for the front alignment, and they told me the steering rack was worn and the car wasn't holding the alignment. The guy was cool and said if I replace the rack they will do another alignment for free. I replaced the rack myself and now it holds alignment. Never going to les Schwab again. They also mounted and balanced some wheels for me without scratching them.”

“What would be worse than not able to find a body shop to support after a collision? We have a mild/medium collision that damaged both fender and bumper near the driver seat. The key problem bugging us is the driver door wouldn't open enough to get in. I am in desperate to look for an autobody to help me look into it so I can drive. Called 7-8 body shop, none of them can even schedule estimate 6-12 weeks out!! How crazy is that huh? Then I found Peter's Quality Autobody, he asked me to bring the car in the same day. He gave me an estimate in a reasonable range. In one week, I have the car fully fixed and run like a charm. Communication with Peter is simple and straight forwards. “I recently had someone back into my Audi Q5 SUV. I searched for a collision repair center with good reviews and found myself at Advantage Collison Center. Chris Heinrich was my point of contact. He was excellent and showed genuine interest in getting my repairs done right and insuring that I was pleased with the outcome. Chris and his team came in on time and actually under budget from the quote I had received at the beginning. They ended up replacing a rear door on the vehicle which was where all of the damage was located. About a month after the work was done I noticed a vibration sound in the rear door when the engine idled. The sound would go away as the engine RPM went higher. Just the same it drove me crazy when I stopped at lights or stop signs and the engine idled. I called Chris and explained what was going on. He told me to bring it back in and he would take a look at it. I scheduled a time and waited in the waiting area while they tore into my door and found something that was not quite right with a part in the door. They fixed it up and had me on my way in about 40 minutes. The SUV was quiet again! No questions asked with my return trip other than an affirmation that he wanted it to be right. Now the vehicle is quiet and a joy to both look at and drive, thanks to the team at Advantage Collision. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs collision repair.”

“Overall, I had a positive experience at this shop. Despite being incredibly busy, they made an effort to ensure my repairs felt like a priority. The receptionist was friendly and efficient.
The quality of work on my vehicle was excellent, which is ultimately the most important factor.
I’m deducting one star due to a minor communication issue. On Friday, they called to tell me my vehicle was ready, but due to my own schedule, I couldn’t pick it up before they closed for the weekend. I was told it would be ready on Monday, and I could come by anytime. However, when I arrived Monday afternoon, I was informed the vehicle wouldn’t be ready for a few more hours as it still needed reassembly. This caused some inconvenience with my rental car return, which could have been avoided with clearer communication.
Additionally, I was asked to give a 10 out of 10 rating on a survey, as anything less would affect someone's commission. As you can see from this review, I do not feel this particular experience deserves a perfect score, but I don't want anyone punished over it.
Bottom line: Despite the small communication error, Gerber did an excellent job on my repair, and I do recommend them.”

“I have a Palisade that I bought from and get serviced at Beaverton Hyundai. The new service facility is very nice - lots of windows make it bright and airy. Advisors are located all together, rather than scattered about. The wait area is very spacious with lots of seats, complimentary coffee and snacks. There's spaces to plug in if you need to, and Wifi is available, although I didn't see the password posted so I didn't use it. The space looks like it was recently opened because the decor and shelves were sparse. I think if I had 1 critique, is that the entrance to the service center is not well marked. It would also be nice if there was dedicated signage and turn-in lane to enter the property.”
