“Best used tire organization in the Portland metropolitan area. I was recommended this place almost 15 years ago when I was having tire problems. Every few years it seems I am put in a position where it is recommended I get 4 new tires but, instead, I go to Carothers and get a replacement used tire that matches my other 3. If you aren't buying the used tires rich people throw away then you are wasting money!”

“Made my car look like new! Even polished up my other headlight so it would match the new one.A woman ran a red light as I was making a protected (green light) left turn. She hit the right side of my bumper as I was mid-turn. Her insurance company took 100% liability for the accident and told me I could find any auto shop I wanted to proceed with the repairs. I got estimates at several places but ultimately went with O’Dell’s as Mark (the owner) was very friendly, informative, and offered a thorough estimate & fast timeline. Mark told me the repair would take about 5-6 business days and boy was he spot on! It took 6 business days. Super fast compared to the month long estimates I heard from other shops.If I ever need any kind of auto body work done again I will definitely be returning here!”

“My wife's car got hit in the right rear corner and it broke the tail light and buckled the quarter panel a bit, and some other damage. We were looking for a place to get it repaired and found Caliber. They were not far away, and have good reviews. My wife was very upset because her car was never in an accident and is in very good shape for an older car, but she really loves her car. We put our trust in Caliber and waited patiently through the process. Caliber kept us updated every step of the way which was very reassuring. They let us know when parts were being ordered, when they arrived, when the car was in a body repair technicians hands, and when it was finished. I showed up to inspect the car because I have been around auto body work and I wanted to check it before accepting the work. To my surprise, the car looks better now than it did before it got hit! I cannot believe how well they matched the paint and how perfect the gaps are. I told the representative there (a tall guy, the name escapes me) that I wanted to check the car, and then let my wife know if its good for her to pick up on lunch because she would have to drive the rental car to enterprise first, and then I planned to bring her to the shop to get her car so she can go back to work. He offered to let her just bring the car to the shop and they will get it back to enterprise for us. That was such a nice service as it is very challenging to be shuttling cars around when my wife and I work very different schedules and a good distance from each other and where we live. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the care and attention to detail that went into the car repair, but also into the customer service side as well. Everyone we talked to at Caliber was friendly, professional and courteous. And they went out of their way to ensure the process was as stress-free as possible for us. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for vehicle damage repairs. I may bring my project vehicle in for some paint work after this experience.”

I wound up paying a little bit more than I wanted, (because warranties are extra!) the Forester I got is awesome! “I could tell my car I've been driving since 2003 was getting ready to bite the dust, so I've been saving so I could replace it. I wanted either a Toyota or a Honda. I scoured the internet to see what was around and had my heart set on a Corolla out in Hillsboro.I had the financing figured out in advance to save time. I let the salesman know I was interested in the 2017 Corolla, so it was brought out for me to drive. This was what I wanted. It has a lot of extras, my favorite being a moon roof. I wasn't asked about other cars, and wasn't pressured into anything. It was a really smooth process and I felt that the sales guy really listened to what I wanted and wasn't trying to sell me any car off the lot. I ended up with the Corolla and a just love it!I am so happy with my decision to get that Corolla.I grew up in Gresham so driving to Hillsboro is not a route I often take. Let me tell you that it was worth driving the distance for. I was really impressed by the professionalism of the salesman that worked with me. He knew his job and explained things I had questions about. It was a great experience and I would definitely refer people to him.Thank you!!!!!”

“Customer service was 2nd to none. Ordered a Short Ram Intake in Black for my car, black was not available, Perrin was very helpful in exploring other options.. Decided to go with a red one since black was on back order. Although at first I was shipped a wrong part, Perrin immediately shipped the correct part out to me no questions asked, included a couple goodies for the troubles AND the person helping me did some thorough digging for me and found the color I originally wanted which was huge. “I came to Tim to remove a dent and scratch from my vehicle. When I got to the shop, Tim went to my car and looked at the spot in question. He was very upfront with me regarding the cost and the time to fix the car. Coming into the job would cost more money because of the color of my vehicle, which, to my surprise, was cheaper than everywhere else I went. Upon Tim completing the job, he notified me it was done. When inspecting the spot that got fixed, I could not see any more of the previous dent or scratch. Throughout the process, Tim and his Wife communicated with me and let me know how the job was going.
