“Oregon Collision Center came recommended to me by a family friend after my first accident. I had ZERO experience on the process of getting my car fixed. Carlos saw me for a pre-estimate the day after I called (other shops were weeks out just to take a look). He gave me information on how to make my car as safe as possible to drive in the time before they were able to get me in to fix. Patience made the experience even more wonderful with her frequent email updates on the status of the body work. Absolutely WONDERFUL crew. “Had a read window and some lift gate parts replaced on my Crosstrek, and the shop did a great job. The work is high quality and was completed on time and on budget. The shop encountered a brief delay waiting on a specific part the insurance required, because of a federal holiday, but that was well communicated and the revised timeline was met. Not sure if the owner handles all customer relations, but he is who I worked with, and that was a great experience. Very friendly and realistic man.”

“Best used tire organization in the Portland metropolitan area. I was recommended this place almost 15 years ago when I was having tire problems. Every few years it seems I am put in a position where it is recommended I get 4 new tires but, instead, I go to Carothers and get a replacement used tire that matches my other 3. If you aren't buying the used tires rich people throw away then you are wasting money!”
“Made my car look like new! Even polished up my other headlight so it would match the new one.A woman ran a red light as I was making a protected (green light) left turn. She hit the right side of my bumper as I was mid-turn. Her insurance company took 100% liability for the accident and told me I could find any auto shop I wanted to proceed with the repairs. I got estimates at several places but ultimately went with O’Dell’s as Mark (the owner) was very friendly, informative, and offered a thorough estimate & fast timeline. Mark told me the repair would take about 5-6 business days and boy was he spot on! It took 6 business days. Super fast compared to the month long estimates I heard from other shops.If I ever need any kind of auto body work done again I will definitely be returning here!”

“I came to Tim to remove a dent and scratch from my vehicle. When I got to the shop, Tim went to my car and looked at the spot in question. He was very upfront with me regarding the cost and the time to fix the car. Coming into the job would cost more money because of the color of my vehicle, which, to my surprise, was cheaper than everywhere else I went. Upon Tim completing the job, he notified me it was done. When inspecting the spot that got fixed, I could not see any more of the previous dent or scratch. Throughout the process, Tim and his Wife communicated with me and let me know how the job was going. “Nick and Josh are the best! I've used Jasper multiple times for multiple repairs; currently we are completing an S&S 110 upgrade/engine rebuild to my 2007 Softail Standard. It's not as easy as that sounds; we are going from the stock Silver to a black engine and transmission. We are installing a Dark Horse Man O' War crankshaft, upgrading the cams, valves and replacing everything that needs to be replaced.I'm component that Josh and Nick will go above and beyond; getting everything dialed in and right to specifications prior to giving the bike back.I've worked for Paradise, Latus and another small shop; Jasper provides the best and is negotiable with pricing.”

“Customer service was 2nd to none. Ordered a Short Ram Intake in Black for my car, black was not available, Perrin was very helpful in exploring other options.. Decided to go with a red one since black was on back order. Although at first I was shipped a wrong part, Perrin immediately shipped the correct part out to me no questions asked, included a couple goodies for the troubles AND the person helping me did some thorough digging for me and found the color I originally wanted which was huge. Customer service was very responsive and unlike other companies, they did not wait for me to return the incorrect part, they immediately shipped the correct one with a return label for me to send back the wrong one at my convenience. “I could tell my car I've been driving since 2003 was getting ready to bite the dust, so I've been saving so I could replace it. I wanted either a Toyota or a Honda. I scoured the internet to see what was around and had my heart set on a Corolla out in Hillsboro.I had the financing figured out in advance to save time. I let the salesman know I was interested in the 2017 Corolla, so it was brought out for me to drive. This was what I wanted. It has a lot of extras, my favorite being a moon roof. I wasn't asked about other cars, and wasn't pressured into anything. It was a really smooth process and I felt that the sales guy really listened to what I wanted and wasn't trying to sell me any car off the lot. I ended up with the Corolla and a just love it!I am so happy with my decision to get that Corolla.I grew up in Gresham so driving to Hillsboro is not a route I often take. Let me tell you that it was worth driving the distance for. I was really impressed by the professionalism of the salesman that worked with me. He knew his job and explained things I had questions about. It was a great experience and I would definitely refer people to him.Thank you!!!!!”
