“I can’t say enough good things about Dennis. My daughter and I were driving through Yukon OK when our A/C just went out. It was a Friday night and I was worried about places being open on Sat, so we scanned places in Yukon that may be able to help. Honestly, it started a bit sketchy as I was directed to text him versus having a live person answer the phone. However, he texted me back and I told him what was going on, but I wouldn’t be arriving until 10pm at our hotel. He said, no problem, just text when I arrive, so I did.
Dennis showed up at 10pm and used a pen light to determine my AC compressor was shot. She said he would get a quote to me in the morning and it would take about 4 hours to do. The next morning, he texted me a price that was very fair and he even picked my car up from my hotel. As promised, he delivered it in 4 hours and we were on our way in the early afternoon.
This isn’t the end of the story. On the way to our next destination 3 hours west of Yukon, the car malfunctioned after getting gas. Apparently, the AC compressor seized up and it snapped the serpentine belt. Knowing Dennis was 3 hours away, I found a local mobile mechanic who told me the AC compressor that was just put in had seized up and needed to be replaced.
I called Dennis and without hesitation said, I’ll be there in 3 hours. He arrived at 1:00AM in the morning and completely replaced and repaired my car in a gas station parking lot unti 5:00PM. The part was under warranty and he was going to request a claim on it, so he didn’t charge me anything but the gas to get him there.
For the next couple of days, he has periodically texted me with updates and made sure we were good.
It is honestly one of the most incredible acts of service by a professional I’ve seen in a long time. Honest, responsive, committed, talented. The fact that he drove 3 hours because he wanted to make it right shows you the character of Dennis. I hope that if you are driving through Yukon Ok or live there, you consider using him.
As you can imagine, traveling and breaking down is stressful enough, but knowing there are people like Dennis helps me to feel good about the world.

“Quick service. I gave it 4 stars because I went in for an oil change and the receipt stated that all my tires and liquids were checked/full, but they were not. My last place would put air in my tires and refill my wiper fluid. Also, make sure you know what type of oil your car takes before you take it in. The man working asked me what oil my car took and i didn’t know. He didn’t help me figure it out, He just stared at me until I gave him an answer and sighed. I told him synthetic because i saw the letters SYN on the sticker from the place where I got my last oil changed. Additionally, the area to pull in is a bit tight so be careful if you have a large vehicle that turns like a boat.”
“I have known Jim and his family. He knows what he's doing. And won't RIP you off. I trusted other auto shops. They said they fixed the problem I ended up walking. Even if you have to wait it's cheaper than paying for alternative transportation.”

“I've been to this location several times, and I've referred people there, and not because it's the cheapest around. I've worked on my own cars and trucks for years, and that's the easiest way to save a buck. I take my vehicles to this Meineke because of their honesty and quality of work. They're always fair, upfront, and don't tell you there's a problem or that you need to fix things if they truly don't need it. I would recommend these guys at the Yukon location to anyone, for any automotive work they need done.”

“I know service centers often get a bad rap, but my experience here was fantastic. I went in for a normal oil change and tire rotation and it was super quick, only took about 30-45 minutes. We went over the other services that my vehicle still needs, but I wasn't pushed into doing them right away, which was also nice to not have to worry about someone pushing sales. Then the next day I noticed my vehicle was leaking oil and rushed back to the service center. Come to find out that there was a bad gasket from the oil change, but they were able to fix the issue with a new gasket. Not only did they fix the issue, they also cleaned up all the oil that had spilled into the engine area, they drove the vehicle around the block to make sure it wouldn't leak again, and they topped off my gas tank. The shop foreman also came out and apologized and talked me through everything and made sure I was taken care of.
I've been through it with a lot of dealerships, but these guys seem to have it figured out. Also thanks to Samantha for taking care of me and being so helpful and transparent through the whole process.”

“I dropped my camper off for new tires and the team was very easy to work with and had a spot for me to park the camper for the replacement. I asked at the time if they could slot the F150 in for a rotate and balance and they were happy to do it. All the work was completed in under an hour and was done very well. The only thing I might add is the ability to schedule an appointment online without having to choose a vehicle or have an option for a camper or OTHER option with the ability to enter details. I wasnt able to use the online tools to make my appointment.”
