Scott gave me a quote and stuck with that quote, even though the labor took longer than anticipated. In my eyes, he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Definitely will use in the future. Would give more stars if I could.”

“******* is a whiz! He rescued our rv, which had a broken bracket that attaches the leaf spring to the frame of the rv. He drove an hour, worked diligently, was very knowledgeable about our options and charged a fair price. I wish we could have him in our back pocket! He helped us with information on different connections with our truck and trailer, different suspension systems, travel safety tips, etc. If we could give 10 stars, we would! ”

“My wife's Jeep has been having a problem for a while. Brought it here to L & L for repairs. Lancer didn't charge a diagnostic fee. The repair needs to be done by Jeep because the manufacturer uses proprietary software that can't be accessed by third parties. He didn't charge anything. Most honest mechanic I've ever met. If you're looking for a knowledgeable mechanic with integrity, this is your shop.”

“We were EXTREMELY pleased with EVERY aspect of this experience -- from booking the initial estimate through the final pick-up. I appreciated the text messages all along the way keeping us updated on the status. Every time I spoke to anyone, each person was very helpful, patient, professional, and kind. The work was completed ahead of schedule (which was incredible considering the supply chain issues AND that this all fell during Christmas and New Years)! Our car is beautiful (INSIDE and OUT)!!! I told the manager that it hasn't looked that pretty since we drove it off the dealer lot. I was dumbfounded that they had actually cleaned the inside -- what a great surprise. “Headed from St. Louis to Santa Monica, CA in my '67 Mustang along Historic Route 66 when what could have been a major disaster occured as I entered OKC from the east. I limped on in to Ford dealership not far from Gary's place. They couldn't even LOOK at my Mustang because it was older than a 1990 model year. Gary stopped what he was doing and personally had me back safely on the road in about an hour; maybe 1-1/2. Great diagnosis and fix of serious problem, but equally important, I now have a long-distance friend in El Reno, OK. No better place to get good old fashion SERVICE.”
