“I gave Oscar a call for a quote, he took the info and called me back with the quote. It was a better price than other places who quoted to replace the expansion valve. I dropped it off yesterday evening and he called me today that it was fixed and good to go. Dude is friendly to talk to and I’d definitely recommend him to my own family. I don’t usually leave reviews but I was more than happy with him. He’s honest, quick and doesn’t beat around the bush like other mechanics I’ve used.”

“We spent a month trying to get my sons car to start, replacing the battery and starter at another shop just to be told it was the transmission. Looked up Roy's on Google, had it towed there and it only took Steven a couple of days to have it running and it wasn't any of those things, no transmission issues either..it ended up being a connection that they didn't even really have to fix and could have easily told us to tow it to a regular shop but instead they took the time and fixed it...and then charged a more than fair price. Will never use another transmission shop.”

Other shops were basically saying I needed to rebuild the engine. Thanks to John's expertise and experience, we had the work done that he recommended and 100K miles later...it's still going and that included a 5K mile cross country vacation to the west coast and back.Mastertech is always my first call with car problems. I've been back many times over the years - I always get top notch service.Recently, at 250K miles the transmission finally gave out. “I just recently had an issue with my 2020 Ford Explorer and the transfer case having a leak. Cavender Ford was able to get me in quickly and fixed the issue in 1-2 days. They made sure the issue was resolved before my Power Train warranty expired. Other Ford dealerships, like Confidence Ford and Bob Moore, had told me that it would take 3-4 weeks to get the problem fixed. Tony McGee in the Service department was TOP NOTCH and so easy to work with. We WILL DEFINITELY drive a little extra to use Cavender Ford in the future. Their customer service was nothing short of AMAZING.”

I'd taken it to several mechanics over the years and was told everything was tight, fine, etc. I took my car to Simmons and he located the problem, Sway Bar Link on the Front, Stabilizer Bar Control Link. Removed and replaced both sides. They also changed the oil and filter. The problem is solved. Thank you Simmons Auto Service. The price was so reasonable. “Took my 2013 Ram 1500 Laramie 5.7 4x4 in for possible heater core replacement. Just had new motor installed at another location and had them back flush system, still no heat, gurgling in lines.MPH said I was low on coolant and back flushed which resolved the problem. They could’ve easily told me that I needed a heater core replacement and took advantage of the situation but was honest and ethical and charged me for only what was needed. Greatly appreciated.
