“We spent a month trying to get my sons car to start, replacing the battery and starter at another shop just to be told it was the transmission. Looked up Roy's on Google, had it towed there and it only took Steven a couple of days to have it running and it wasn't any of those things, no transmission issues either..it ended up being a connection that they didn't even really have to fix and could have easily told us to tow it to a regular shop but instead they took the time and fixed it...and then charged a more than fair price. Will never use another transmission shop.”

“Every time my car even so much as saw a bump in the road my car made a thud noise. I'd taken it to several mechanics over the years and was told everything was tight, fine, etc. I took my car to Simmons and he located the problem, Sway Bar Link on the Front, Stabilizer Bar Control Link. Removed and replaced both sides. They also changed the oil and filter. The problem is solved. Thank you Simmons Auto Service. The price was so reasonable. I'm so grateful I have a place I can rely on and trust to repair my car. It's nice to have one less worry about who to trust with my car.”

“I have taken 3 cars to them for easy things like an oil change and broken door lock all the way to an engine timing chain replacement and they have done a great job with very fair prices. The thing I like best is that they come back with accurate honest recommendations on repairs. Often giving me a good/better/best approach. Most recently I asked if I should do a $2,500 maintenance my dealer suggested and they provided several options and ultimately suggested I not perform the work until there is an issue. It’s not every day an auto repair shop turns down work, but it is every day Cherokee hills automotive makes accurate and solid recommendations.”

“Dr. Dan is a very honest, down to earth, say it like he sees it man. I value his honesty, which seems hard to find these days at auto shops! If he thinks something doesn't need to be fixed, he will tell you, rather than lie/exaggerate to make extra profit for himself. His prices are reasonable, he communicates in a relatively timely manner, and he takes time to explain things to his customers. His work seems good as well. Also, he offered to look over a used car my friend was thinking of buying for free. He and his wife run this shop, and if my review isn't incentive enough, if you like kittens, there have always been some in the shop when I've stopped by!”

“Oscar has always taken very good care of me on either my 6.0 diesel or my 6.2 gas Ford F-250's. Very knowledgeable and is always willing to lend his mind. "Very Affordable" and Honest which is getting hard to find these days! Just recently bought a new 2014 F-250 and alignment/tire shops were telling me I needed a whole front end @$1400-1800.00+. Took it to Oscar, he put it on a lift and it ended up just needing shocks and stabilizer which is common for these trucks. Around $300 total. Awesome family owned and operated business and I always recommend them whenever I can!”
