Haven't had any work done, yet!They work with your insurance carrier. They use only vehicle specific parts. If you do have a deductible, they expect you to come up with that. You bought the insurance policy not Collision Works, no in house financing.Overall a great experience!I will go there if given the opportunity. Wish they were closer to my house. I'm from SE Norman.
