“Tammy and her team especially her assistant Paige Ross went above and beyond for my family. Tammy is an intelligent, sophisticated and caring Mortgage Loan Officer. She went through each step of our loan process with us, from pre approval, to underwriting, to appraisals, final approval and closing. We were expecting to close on the sale of our current home, and buy our new home on the same day. The buyer of our current home had issues and was not able to close on time. Tammy took mine and my wife’s problem and gave us viable solutions. We called her at 8:00 am, by 10 am Tammy and her team had a plan in place to get us to still close on our new house and at 4 PM we closed on our new house. I would recommend everyone’s first phone call when buying a home be to Tammy and her team!”

“I invested in a 6 month CD with their online division called VIO Bank. I wired them the funds after proving I was not a money laundering criminal. I’m giving them 5 stars because I don’t anticipate any problems with them wiring my money with interest back to my primary bank. Update : They met my expectations and wired the funds as requested. This is why online banking is taking over. This is a good bank to invest in a CD. Thanks to Danny for guiding the process.”

“I've been banking at this branch of MidFirst for 3 years. Customer service is great! The manager and the entire staff have gone out of their way to accommodate any special needs I have had. They are all friendly and greet me by name.Update: Another year and the service is still great! The branch staff suggested how my money could earn more interest. When I had an issue with my online account password, the telephone support was outstanding: knowledgeable and patient.”
“How do you write a bank? They all performed pretty much the same functions. They take your money and pay a little bit of Interest, they provide checking services, they sell stiff Achatz of deposit, they make loans, they sell mortgages, and some provide Trust Services. The only way I know to tell them apart, is by the types and amounts of fees they charge for their services. Find one with low or no fees, and stick with them.”
