I was greeted as soon as I walked in and everything I needed was taken care of promptly! I like the fact that you don't have to open a checking and savings unless you want to do it. “My husband and I recently switched from another bank to MidFirst and I cannot recommend them enough! The bank itself is very clean and inviting. They have really great programs to help you grow your money through their Boost Checking and Smart Save savings account. Their staff is absolutely AMAZING. We've been working with Jessica and she's a real angel. She was so kind and friendly when we opened our accounts and has helped us through several hiccups with transferring everything to MidFirst. I had an issue with my mortgage company accidently withdrawing my mortgage twice for March and it put my account in the negative. I had noticed late in the evening after bank hours and tried to fix this issue with my mortgage company, but was told things could not be fixed for 7-10 business days. I was panicking and not quite sure to do with my other bills and planned on calling the bank when it first opened--I got a call from Jessica herself before regular business hours asking if I had looked at my account and that something was not right. She fixed the problem for me in under 5 minutes (when I spent over an hour with the mortgage company for little help the night before!). I cannot recommend MidFirst enough. I will be a costumer for life! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!”
