I took it to Ralston's about half an hour after opening (they serve on a first come first serve basis and seem to be pretty busy) and they had my car fixed the same day. It cost me about $60 to get it fixed, if a problem like this ever occurs again I'll definitely be bringing it here.”

“I would give 10 stars if I could. I came in this place and they worked me in after I told them a date another place gave me. Said they would order the parts then, so they would be ready when I dropped my truck off. When the time came I dropped it off and asked how long they think it would take, she said "roughly 2 weeks, unless we find more damage". Well she called back and said there was more. I knew this way going to take longer. After 1 week they called and said it would be ready that following Tuesday and it was ready. He had good eye contact and gave accurate and detailed information. The work was quick and beyond my expectations. They fixed our broken trunk lock on on our 2017 Sonata. They also charged a very reasonable rate for parts and labor. The customer service from Matt and the front desk representative, Devine was OUTSTANDING. You can't go wrong with Gerber Collision and Glass in Broken Arrow. Facilities are clean and a great location, easy to find. Lastly, i was in customer service for 43 yrs before retirement.
