He was professional, on time and just got the estimate back very quickly. A few weeks later to install the glass and was great having to work around my schedule. Mark along with a helper installed the new window pane, cleaned up and my window is as good as new. I am very impressed with how fast the install process was. I hope I never have a broken window again, but if I do I will be calling Mark at Glass Dr. to come and fix it! Thank you”

He had good eye contact and gave accurate and detailed information. The work was quick and beyond my expectations. They fixed our broken trunk lock on on our 2017 Sonata. They also charged a very reasonable rate for parts and labor. The customer service from Matt and the front desk representative, Devine was OUTSTANDING. You can't go wrong with Gerber Collision and Glass in Broken Arrow. Facilities are clean and a great location, easy to find. Lastly, i was in customer service for 43 yrs before retirement.
