“I was in an accident and had my car brought to Buddy's after reading great reviews. My car was initially held at Copart until the insurance could review it. I called Buddy's to see if I could get a quote because the insurance agent told me my car might be totaled but we had to wait for the adjuster. Buddy's was very helpful by letting me send photos, giving me a quote, helping me understand the insurance process, and recommending how I could get more info on the value of my car so that I could be prepared based on the insurance claim outcome. I'm very grateful that my car was able to be repaired. Buddy's worked very quickly on my car, kept me informed, and answered even more of my questions at pickup. They are very honest and helpful folks. I can't recommend them enough.”

“My front bumper is set very low so it scrapes on the concrete block that is in some parking spots. It was starting to come loose and I thought it would be difficult to fix myself. I took it to Unique and the guy opened the hood took a look at the place where the bumper is connected to the rest of the car, went to the back of the shop came back with several pieces of hardware inserted them into the bumper. Viola fixed. I would have paid $75 to $100 for the fix since I am too old to be doing stuff like that. HE DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING SINCE IT WAS SUCH A EASY (FOR HIM) FIX. THANKS SO MUCH.”

“Back in January I had a run in with an F-150 driven by a younger driver who backed into me just past sundown. He clearly did not see me and proceeded backing up and sat his truck bed on the front of my Subaru Outback. It being dark I got horrible photos, and the damage was minimal. Still it resulted in a busted headlight casing, moved hood, and crack to the grill with a few small dents and paint scratches. I called the Subaru dealership and they referred me to Mastercraft Collision in Tulsa. They were quick to give an estimate of the work needed and did phenomenal on the repair! I love the glitter paint finishes and was concerned if they’d be able to match it, and am pleased with the outcome. They were also able to work me in to their busy schedule and had the repair done in three days. Highly recommend them, and will use them again in the future if needed.”

“Trident was the best!!! I was visiting family in Tulsa and about to head back to California when I got in an accident. They completely exceeded my expectations! They took my car right away. Once they received parts they were speedy in completing the work. And most importantly to me, they communicated with me throughout the process.When I got the car back I had a problem with the battery. It turned out that at the accident the battery was disconnected by the attending officers and was slightly damaged causing the car to shut down. Even though Trident didn’t have anything to do with the battery issue they fixed it for me anyway at no charge.Erin and Joanne were super friendly and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. I have a new 2024 Mustang that had some minor damage on the passenger door top trim that I didn't discover the evening I bought it. Car salesman being a car salesman of course said, "Sure we'll make it right!" 2 months of unreturned texts, calls and out right lies, I decided to find some that could repair the damage.Miguel was able to repair it in about 30 minutes!!! Unless you know where exactly to look, you'll never see it was ever damaged! I was very surprised how little it cost to repair. I wish I'd known this before wasting 2 months of my time being frustrated with the dealership. “I have been taking my vehicles to W & J for many years. I won't say how many times - it would be embarrassing. They actually do body work as opposed to the parts changers out there and are true artisans in their craft. Paint matches are perfect and their prices can't be beat. They repaired my corvette a few years ago. Anybody that owns a car made out of Fiberglas knows body repair work can be time consuming, difficult to get right and expensive. When I picked up the car I could not see any sign that it had ever been damaged and the price was not out of line for the time and materials involved. A shop that can do that kind of work is a rarity these days. I highly recommend W&J Auto Service.”
