“A friend recommended me to KC Automotive As she had issues with her cars AC not long before I did. She had her AC Compressor fixed by them, and told me to check them out, so I did. Their quote was accurate, the staff was kind, and no one tried to push me on things my car didn’t need (iykyk). I’m fairly handy and have done fixes on my car before, but I knew that replacing my compressor would be way outside my wheelhouse. They got me in as soon as their schedule would allow and were amazing throughout. “My son’s car broke down on the highway. It was a miracle to get it off the highway and even close to this garage. I ended up having to put it in neutral and push it into their parking lot. I left it there around 10:30 pm. I was SO glad to see a key drop off with an envelope and pen to fill out all my information. it was easy and put me at ease in a bad situation. The next morning I called. “Long time customer and former service writer (many years ago) here. The best service technicians in Broken Arrow. All ASE Certified, and yes that really matters! Fair prices and quality that can not be BEAT! Friendly people and a comfortable lounge if you must wait or choose the free pick up/drop off service they offer.ONE thing I just learned about them however, is they do NOT do repairs… they REPLACE parts. Read that again.I found out the hard way when my daughters Mini Cooper needed to have a valve job and cylinder honed, and possibly rings replaced, but Instead of just removing the head and having a valve job done on it, or suggesting to rebuild the existing motor…their only RECOMMENDATION was a whole NEW $11,000 MOTOR! And that was the used price with 65k miles.New was $14,000.So I learned something new about my favorite family automotive repair shop. Still love you guys, just in sticker shock!I am continuing to look for an alternative solution to my import problem.”

I love my Subaru.I clutch went out and I had my car towed to them, I got a recommendation to use them (because Subaru dealership has ruined my car in the past). My car is not brand new and has had over 100,000 miles on it and still runs great, most days, and when I had a bad vibration in the front end I knew I needed it looked at.
