“I’m absolutely impressed with the customer service of Curtis at Same Day auto! I’m new to Tulsa’s surrounding areas and wanted to get an alignment on my truck, found out it needed Ball joints which is why it had the wondering steering wheel! At first I believed it was the tire pressure so I thought it would be fine after tire pressure was set to manufacture recommendations and alignment! Boy was I wrong! I had No heat in the cab either, took my truck to another business in Sand springs and was told it was my thermostat in which that wasn’t the problem! The guys at Same Day Auto did the heater core flush, Ball joints and alignment now it feels like a brand new truck! I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to them for honest work and getting the job done right! The manager Curtis has gone above and beyond, knowing I didn’t have access to another vehicle he actually went in on his day off (Saturday) so that I could pick up my truck! “A friend recommended me to KC Automotive As she had issues with her cars AC not long before I did. She had her AC Compressor fixed by them, and told me to check them out, so I did. Their quote was accurate, the staff was kind, and no one tried to push me on things my car didn’t need (iykyk). I’m fairly handy and have done fixes on my car before, but I knew that replacing my compressor would be way outside my wheelhouse. They got me in as soon as their schedule would allow and were amazing throughout. “Best place to take your car. I have never had such an honest, detailed experience with a mechanic before. I have been tricked for years in other states about my air conditioning. They would tell me I needed to change my compressor for a new one costing about $1200-$1400. I have not been able to pay that so I have been winging each hot summer without a/c, or not driving at all because it gets dangerously hot at stop lights and slow moving traffic.I heard about Family Automotive through a friend, and this place has saved my life. Blaine checked everything out and found the problem, the whole unit did not have to be replaced. He explained everything in detail in a way I could understand. Since the cost was not $1200-$1400, I was able to fix other issues in addition to my a/c.I think we all need to take a moment to appreciate and support the honest people left in our society, the people that lift us up and want to see us do well.
