“Long time customer and former service writer (many years ago) here. The best service technicians in Broken Arrow. All ASE Certified, and yes that really matters! Fair prices and quality that can not be BEAT! Friendly people and a comfortable lounge if you must wait or choose the free pick up/drop off service they offer.ONE thing I just learned about them however, is they do NOT do repairs… they REPLACE parts. Read that again.I found out the hard way when my daughters Mini Cooper needed to have a valve job and cylinder honed, and possibly rings replaced, but Instead of just removing the head and having a valve job done on it, or suggesting to rebuild the existing motor…their only RECOMMENDATION was a whole NEW $11,000 MOTOR! And that was the used price with 65k miles.New was $14,000.So I learned something new about my favorite family automotive repair shop. Still love you guys, just in sticker shock!I am continuing to look for an alternative solution to my import problem.”

“Today, my car notified me that my left rear tire’s PSI was 18!! Upon inspection, I snagged myself a nail. Ugh!!!I pass this place often and decided to give them a call given how close they are and the amazing reviews. Travis said to bring my car in and they would have it taken care of. They were able to get me in same day to get my tire plugged FREE OF CHARGE!!I’m just in awe of the kindness, hospitality and professionalism the staff exhibited. They did the job and even took the time to recalibrate the sensors on my BMW.In all honesty, this place treated me far better than the people at the BMW dealership. Their facility is much nicer for waiting customers than the dealership. Wow!! Just wow!! Such Chick fil-a customer service. Love it!!!!All I can say after this remarkable experience is that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!! “Advantage Auto Repair is a great place to bring your car. This is my second time using them. They replaced my brakes back in February, and worked on my AC/Heater this most recent visit. They do good work, and are very transparent about what is going on. No surprises with Jason or his wife (the business owners), they will call or text you and give you updates about what is happening with your vehicle. Their mechanics seem to have quite a bit of experience, and this shows in the work they do. I recommend bringing your vehicle here.”

I love my Subaru.I clutch went out and I had my car towed to them, I got a recommendation to use them (because Subaru dealership has ruined my car in the past). This shop did a full detailed diagnostic, not just my main problem.I ended up getting a few things fixed, and they had my car back to me in less than 2 weeks -which the Subaru dealership wasn't even able to look at my car for 2 weeks; this saved me a lot of time and money taking my car here to EDs.I am blown away by the amazing work they did, my car drives better now than it did when I first got it! And I kid you not, I was smiling from ear to ear on my drive home.They treated me so well, they even stayed open later so I could get my car after I got off work.I am more than happy and will be coming back here!”

“I went to this location long before it was Jiffy Lube. The owner would give me his truck to go to an appointment! We used punch cards for free oil change. It was our neighborhood mechanics we trusted. When jiffy lube came in, some of the people stayed. The guy that greets me is awesome!Jiffy lube honored my free oil change card. The manager came down and assured me nothing would change! We would have the same trusted service we have always had. Honest and transparent. I've only needed oil changes, but from what I see, the manager was telling me the truth.”

“These guys are peaches and cream. They're great, very friendly, and very responsive to questions and concerns. Being a woman, sometimes going to an auto shop can be intimidating and it is easy to get over charged for things not really needed. However, that is not the case with Greg's Automotive. These guys get you in ASAP, evaluate what's going on with the vehicle, then give it their all to get it fixed for you. Garrett, who works in the front office, is one of the best people around. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and will go above and beyond to get you back on the road safely and quickly. He greets you with a smile as you enter the shop, then immediately gets the ball rolling. I will take all my vehicles here versus the dealership or any other car shop because I know they care about the person just as much as they care about fixing your vehicle right. “Went for an oil change on my GLK 350 and they didn't have the filter on hand so they ordered one which took less than an hour to arrive. The staff was superb they took excellent care of my car and checked every detail. They noticed my air filters were dirty and offered to order some for me and when I declined they didn’t try and push me or give me the salesman runaround. “I recently bought a battery for my car at Walmart Automotive Center. The battery is good, but after I paid for it and went to check to make sure the work had been done properly, I found the battery posts still had lots of corrosion on them. So, I went back in and told the man behind the counter. He came out and cleaned the posts and sprayed something on it to prevent more corrosion. I'm thankful that he took care of the problem but, disappointed that the Walmart mechanic didn't finish the job right the first time.”

“My wife and I were on our way home from a 5 week business/vacay trip. We were about to unload some of our F-150 in Tulsa and discovered a loose piece of ratchet material lodged in the tailgate mechanism. The tailgate wouldn't open and the only opening into the camper top was by lifting a small back window. We were really in a bad way!!I called Knight Ford and spoke to the service manager Josh Logan about our problem. He was incredibly friendly on the phone and said to bring in the truck and he would have his techs see what could be done, so we could continue our trip home. All this on a Saturday morning.I don't get this kind of service and understanding from most companies I deal with. I wish Knight Ford were in my city because our one experience with them was fantastic and caring. Thank you Josh Logan and Bill Knight Ford!”
