You bought the insurance policy not Collision Works, no in house financing.Overall a great experience!I will go there if given the opportunity. Wish they were closer to my house. I'm from SE Norman. “My wife and I recently had our Honda repaired by Allen Auto Body. Our vehicle took significant damage, and they meticulously fixed the car per Honda factory procedures. They did everything by the book, even taking care to ensure parts not visible outside the car were painted to the original factory color, ensuring the vehicle would not look like it had ever been wrecked, even to a Honda dealer. They took hundreds of pictures, giving us confidence that everything was repaired properly and used only genuine Honda parts for the repair.Amanda and her husband are very passionate about repairs being done properly and excel at getting insurance companies who want to do nothing but cut corners routinely to ultimately pay.Getting the car repaired was a lengthy process due to part delays, but Amanda advocated constantly for us to receive the parts ASAP and they made best use of the time spent waiting for parts to ensure Allen Auto Body was never in the critical path in getting repairs completed.Also, Allen Auto Body was able to ensure complicated electronic systems were calibrated properly after repairs were complete.
