“I was very impressed with this auto shop. They did my front brakes for almost half of the cost that the dealer quoted me. Very personable and nice people to deal with, both at the front desk and with the service technician. He explained my options and I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of or talked down to because I'm a woman. No high pressure sales tactics here. Service was timely as well. They got me in and out knowing that I was waiting. Initially I intended to walk home a couple miles, but the heat was pretty unbearable by that point in the morning. Will definitely be bringing my car here for any future needs.”

“I had been shopping for a mini cooper convertible and found Alex at American Auto Credit with this very unique Mini . He made the buying process very smooth and he’s very knowledgeable about the cars. He does his own mechanical work and the timing belt and new brakes and tires have all been done before I purchased. As with purchasing any pre- owned vehicle there have been things that have come up and Alex has gone out of his way to make things right. He has provided a car for the day while work is being done. I told the workers I was going to tag their names but I forgot they names. 185th is the location to go. Always very courteous and stay on top of what your car needs.”
“Friendly staff and quick service. Didn't have to wait long since they were finishing up with the car before me. They offered bottled water, changed my oil, put air in the tires that were low and topped off the radiator coolant. I was also given a coupon to use for this service. Appreciated that they alerted me to the fact that my coolant was low especially since I just recently had my radiator replaced. Only drawback was that they really botched the spelling of my last name in their system but I still would go there again.”
“Took maybe 20min. Told me step by step what they we're gonna do and showed prices for everything so you can pick and choose what you can afford. Friendly staff. Little price but compared to dealership prices and not having the skill to do it yourself, this is pretty convenient.”

“I have had my share of bad experiences would take five and thought I would never come back I moved into the area and decided to give it another chance. I have never been to this location and was greeted by Nate the manager. Offered a bottle of water was given a very thorough oil change with an explanation of everything that was going on and even showed me pictures to help ease my mind about something I thought could have been wrong with my oil. He washed my windows told me to have a wonderful day and considering he was the only one working maintained a very pleasant attitude and was very very helpful I would never go to another location I am very happy that I had this wonderful experience thank you so much”

Ladies if you are looking for a trust worthy car service go to Conrad/Lyndhurst. They will not steer you wrong and they take good care of your car.”
“Visit was quick, workers were friendly, and there was almost no wait time. However, this place is extremely expensive. I would highly recommend just doing oil changes yourself. Just go to Walmart next door, look at the oil cap of your car to see what kind of oil it uses, then you can find much better oil and oil filters in the Auto section. It usually costs half as much to do it this way. Save yourself 40+ bucks and do it yourself.”

“I take all of my cars here and have never had any issues with price or service. Just today I showed up unexpectedly and asked them if they could do a prepurchase car inspection on a used car I've been looking at. Within 15 minutes my car was on the lift and the manager was pointing out any potential issues I could have in the future. It's service like that, that keeps me going back. Thank you!”
“Update: After calling them this morning, they were extremely apologetic after asking them when my car would be ready. Turns out it was ready all along on Saturday, but I did not get a notification that it was completed. They were surprised and sincerely sorry for me not having a car since Saturday. They ended up making it right for me. Appreciate their customer service!
I usually give Conrad’s 5-stars every visit, but I am a bit disappointed and frustrated after having dropped off my car for an oil change. I dropped my car off at 11am for a scheduled appointment. They asked if I needed it at a certain time, and I said no, assuming I’d get it towards the end of the day rather than right away. I waited to get a call and nothing. Now they are closed and I’m out of a car until Monday. I would have appreciated a courtesy call to let me know that they were not able to get me in today and that I have the option to pick it up and drop it off on Monday or confirm that it was okay to hang onto my car. I’m very fortunate we have another car at home but if I didn’t I would definitely be SOL. This location has always done an awesome job and has called me at times when they have had to keep my car overnight, but I’m surprised I didn’t get the courtesy this time around. It would have been nice to at least be contacted so I had an option.”

“I typically visit the Lakewood location as that’s the area I live in, but this store is close to where I work. I was here 2 days ago to get an oil change and I was amazed by the team they have working there. They were polite, answered all my questions and were extremely knowledgeable. The manager even personally removed and changed out my cabin filter. Now I know you’re thinking that comes with the service, right? But the Lakewood location has never changed my cabin filter. So I completely forgot until it was completed. The filter was disgusting to say the least as I had this car for 18 months now. Great service guys and thank you for thorough work! 10/10”

“Absolutely incredible. My wife and I were traveling to Buffalo from Toledo and our coolant reservoir had a crack causing our truck to overheat. David, who was the manager at the time, along with Joey? The mechanic. Not sure on his name. But both were ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. Got it changed super quick and even allowed us to take shelter from a horrible storm that came in. GO TO THESE GUYS. They are amazing and incredibly friendly. Sometimes it’s hard to find good, kind, caring mechanics. These guys exceeded our expectations. Can’t say enough about them.”
