“Staff is very friendly and helpful. Although there is a usually a long wait for an oil change. I know it says "Quick Lane" but don't confuse it with the dedicated oil change places. This is a dealer service department. So they weave you in as other jobs get completed. It is important to remember this before going in. If you are in a hurry, it's best to wait for another day when you are not pressed for time.”

Dropped car off for a few hours and received an email with a video explaining the results (a nail) and showed patchwork while they finished. Definitely exceeded my expectations. No delays in pickup (also got a call when it was ready). Would highly recommend.”

“I see why Conrad's, North Royalton is always busy. They are honest and always willing to help. And they are concerned about the customer's problems. I bought four new tires from there. And on another vehicle, I had a tire repair. They had the best prices I found. And the customer service is top notch! I highly recommend Conrad's for tires and other offered services. They even have a car wash at their location in North Royalton. Other businesses should take lessons from them, in integrity and how to treat a customer. I used to go to another great place, but Conrad's is the best. They have my business from now on.”
