Great product and service. The team at Trek (West Chester) got me into a great wheel set at an even greater price! And, they did it in about 2 hours! I was able to get out and enjoy the bike upgrades over the weekend, and it was a great experience!

Wanted to give shout out to staff member @ West Chester-Mike. My front brakes on my bike kept coming off and he fixed it on the spot within minutes and NO charge! Plus, he was super helpful in giving me tips on what time of bike rack to get for my Wrangler Jeep. A+ on customer service!!!!
