“I highly highly recommend this location! I purchased two pairs of scrubs, after trying them on in the beautiful dressing room, and they are very high quality. There were countless of options for people of all sizes. Beyond the scrubs, the customer service was incredible. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, assisting with finding various scrubs and maintaining the dressing room. He even offered me a stethoscope on a mannequin for free after I expressed interest - an extremely kind offer!! 10/10 experience - I will recommend this to all my friends! Don't go anywhere else!”

“I have been searching everywhere for a Spider-Man 2099 costume shirt for my son to complete his costume. He has sensory issues so the tightness of a bodysuit like the costumes sold just wouldn’t work for him. I found a shirt on Hot Topic’s website so I called our local store to see if it was in stock to pick up. Zane from Liberty Center in Liberty Twp, OH was absolutely amazing! Their store did not have it in the right size, but instead of directing me to call, he took it upon himself to call 2 other local stores and found it! I hope he can be recognized for his kindness and just overall outstanding customer service. My son is absolutely thrilled that he can now be his favorite character! Thank you so much, Zane!”

“A M A Z I N G!!My husband and I recently got married and rented tuxes from Folchi’s. I am so happy we came across them, the tuxes looked so great!! Our large bridal party got fitted at different locations and the customer service was outstanding and consistent at each one. They made renting so easy with great communication throughout our stressful wedding planning process. I knew I could leave it to them to make my vision come to life. We felt like apart of the family from our first trip in and wouldn’t recommend anyone but Folchi’s for tux rentals. Thank you guys so much!”

“Like Chuck Taylors, Vans have a way of making my size 14 feet look even more clownshoes, so I have to be very picky whenever considering their designs. I also have the taste of an 8 year old, so I'm usually only considering their designs when it's something like Mickey Mouse or Charlie Brown. I've had no small amount of luck with both of those IPs at this location, though more in terms of accessories - the shoes can sell out pretty quickly online, so by the time the stores get any inventory, it's either not available in my size or limited to things like socks. Still, I've come away with some wins here!”

The store was pretty busy and the isles were kinda narrow so it made browsing a bit uncomfortable. I will try again when it's less busy.”

“I absolutely love Kohl's and this location is among my favorites. It is always clean and organized. The staff are the friendliest and always help me make sure I get the best deals and wish me a blessed day. I have never had a bad experience here. The dressing rooms sometimes have a bit of clothes left in them, but I think that's on guests more than staff. The prices are great-- especially the clearance and sales and I often find what I am looking for. They have great selection from clothes to shoes to jewelry to things for your home. The size of the store is perfect. Not too large and overwhelming, but big enough to keep me there for a few hours and have a little bit for everyone.”

“I returned a Christmas gift today that was too big: A brown suede and leather coat. It’s a beautiful piece, but they didn’t have my size online. Gary (who I assume is the manager?) was incredible. He returned the item, found one in my size in another store (he said Stanford, so I assume California) and it’s being shipped to my house as we speak. He spent a lot of time working with me today, was extremely professional, and I left the store with a new jacket on the way and a satisfaction I haven’t had with a retail store in a long time.”

“My husband rented his tux from Mens Wearhouse for our wedding and we had an issue with the sizing.He was measured at a different location and the measurements were wrong, so when we went to pick up at this location, as planned, 2 days before the wedding, the tux did not fit.Dayron, the manager, helped us with re-measuring and re-ordering with delivery the next day.Nolan helped us when we returned to pick up the tux and made the minimal alterations we needed easy!Both of these men helped to make things right after a stressful first fitting.If you need somewhere to buy or rent a suit, I highly recommend this store.”
