The staff at both stores are super friendly and helpful. Today, Alex was my personal helpmate.Being 75 yrs young, the selection was just as focused for me as for youngsters in their 20's to 60's plus.The merchandise buyers are phenomenonal. They know what we like. I'll be back a lot!!”

“Not a bad place to grip up on some threads. Generally speaking affordable enough. Especially when you get in on a deal. They send me texts when a blow-out sale, or clearance event is occurring, and you can save discounts sent via text for special event notices. Field's Ertel is the best location. They offer the best in shoes, and fashions per the scope of geographically placed residential "wealth". As in the homes within the area of those who donate to PC are predominantly mid, upper mid & lower to mid high class homes. Good home means good income therefore one can assume that that too translated to good quality attire.”
“I love this store!!! They are under brand new management. The new manager, her name is Jessica, is so attentive, but not intrusive. She asked what I was shopping for and made great suggestions. I have pretty much switched from other plus size stores to The Loft because she is so helpful when I need something specific for my wardrobe. The other girls in the store are also helpful and very professional. I highly recommended this hidden jewel!!”
