“Wanted to give a shot out to Jordan and Ennis. Their customer service and knowledge had my questions and problem solved so quick I was gone in less then 10 minutes. They worked together as a team. One logging in to my account and the other fixing my phone at the same time. I've been to other stores and because I bought my phone online no one was ever able to help me and the staff were always rude. I came into this store thinking I was going to deal with the same treatment but as soon I walked into the door I was treated with respect. Jordan and Ennis deserve a huge pat on the back and thank you. It's been 2 days since my phone was fixed and it works the best it has in the 2 months since I bought it. Thank you again.”

Dustin went above and beyond my expectation to help me out until he found the issue and was able to resolve it! “I've had cricket wireless for a number years now and I am very happy with their service. I was disappointed that when I recently talked to several representatives of cricket about the emergency broadband benefit, none seem to be able to help me. Even though their website promotes it. This has been going on for weeks and I just think if they're offering that benefit that the representatives should be more informed about it. That disappointed and frustrated me to the point of wanting to switch companies.”

“Alright, let me break it down. We went to the boost store on Airport, which was currently closed for a good 10 minutes because the employee ran to get McDonalds. Ok, cool. She gets back, we go in to see if we can switch my friend's phone from unlocked to Boost. She didn't put any effort into helping us and practically said she couldn't help us. I told my friend to go to the one on Reynolds, and so we did. We got there, told this guy our issue, and he rescued his phone instantly.”

“Amada helped me set up 2 new phones and transition all my data, PW's, pic's etc. from the old phones to the new phones seamlessly. The people in this store seem well trained, friendly, professional and helpful. I highly recommend the Maumee Verizon. Also, for me, it was worth paying a small fee to have them get the new phone up and running.”
