OK, let's start with that they offered to repair (patch) my tire for FREE! Yes, for free. Who does that...Belle Tire that's who. AND the car which by the way was a rental, had no valve covers on any wheel when I brought it in. When I drove off, it hade valve covers on EVERY wheel. Where will I buy my next set of tires...Belles, no doubt about it.
Ok, and one more thing. As I was waiting for my patch, I heard two different phone conversations that a mechanic had with customers with mechanical issues. He explained the issues very carefully and in detail that was so thoughtful. I am amazed with the customer service at Belle.”
