Honesty, being treated with respect and efficiency are my number 1 priorities. They adequately diagnosed AAANNNNDDD solved my problem in a very timely manner...could have easily charged me over $3k for something I didn't need...instead, walked out the door with a $400 bill and some solid advice. OK, let's start with that they offered to repair (patch) my tire for FREE! Yes, for free. Who does that...Belle Tire that's who. AND the car which by the way was a rental, had no valve covers on any wheel when I brought it in. When I drove off, it hade valve covers on EVERY wheel. Where will I buy my next set of tires...Belles, no doubt about it.
Ok, and one more thing. As I was waiting for my patch, I heard two different phone conversations that a mechanic had with customers with mechanical issues. He explained the issues very carefully and in detail that was so thoughtful. I am amazed with the customer service at Belle.”
