“My vehicle was stolen in April and found with several damages, including my LKA camera and its coupler. I brought my vehicle into the dealership for repairs and they turned me away saying they could not get the work done. I went to this shop to get my system installed and calibrated, and boy did they deliver! The shop managed to remove my broken coupler, install a new one, install my new camera, and calibrate it. This saved me hundreds of dollars on a new windshield and made me a customer of theirs for life. “Hey just wanted to give a shout out to a fella by the name of Bob at this location on Laskey Road in Toledo. I called about seeing if I could have a minor problem fixed under the rear wheel well of my car. I just got off work and was only 10 minutes away. He got me in, took a look at it and fixed it within another 10-15 minutes before they closed. And because it only took a few screws to fix I wasn’t charged. That’s some serious customer service!Here’s what I’d like to add, I’m a woman and I loathe trying to go placing to have car work done. I’ve been taken advantage of and was told things that weren’t accurate and more costly. THAT! Is the epitome of things I strongly dislike.I’ve also been quoted a price for other things that I will more and likely return here for repair seeing the prices was much better and $110 dollars less!Thank you Bob for you and your team members assistance in such a great time of need!In kind regards,R.E.W.”

They had a better selection of used cars than any local dealership so I made the 2 plus hour drive there. Chris Miller did a great job and had the three cars I was interested in lined up and waiting for me when I got there. He also did not ride with me when I test drove them which is much appreciated. There is nothing more annoying than trying to look over a used car with a salesperson in your ear asking a bunch of questions. The condition of the cars was above average. I was able to get through finance in no time! Chris even helped me load the car on the trailer to take it home. I found Bargain Towing online and they were a pleasant God send from start to finish. Sam was very communicative on the phone and gave the best quote in comparison to the other 5 companies I called. He kept me in the loop on what would happen and how soon the tow truck would arrive. And when Billy arrived to pickup my car he was extremely pleasant and talked me through everything he would be doing and dropped my car off safely at my house without incident. I never have any problems. I just miss the shop because it was hit by the tornado June 15,2023. I hope they're open soon. It's a huge loss for many people that live in the area. We need good mechanics that are honest and take care of the car and the customer. I've had to go elsewhere for repairs and been robbed blind. For instance, Firestone had to have new brakes put on my 2010 Honda in the front I was charged over $500 but I needed brakes replaced to be able to stop the car. I will tell you beware of where you go if you're stuck going to some other place other than Gary's automotive. Because you're going to be hopefully told the truth but nine times out of 10. I found out the hard way. Do you think you pull up to a corporate owned operation and it's lotta times just simply a rip off. $500 for disc brake replacement for two wheels not good oh and then they gave me the opportunity to get their company MasterCard that would take $40 off my bill. When I read the fine print, I realize that they just simply jacked the bill up $40 so that I can get their credit card take the $40 off be stuck with her interest and they still we're not giving me any discount on my the brake job. So don't bother with FIRESTONE. If the brakes could've waited, I would've waited for Gary's automotive. So Gary and Dave I give 15 to 20 stars no problem they're good honest people that work at that shop and own it.”
