“My vehicle was stolen in April and found with several damages, including my LKA camera and its coupler. I brought my vehicle into the dealership for repairs and they turned me away saying they could not get the work done. I went to this shop to get my system installed and calibrated, and boy did they deliver! The shop managed to remove my broken coupler, install a new one, install my new camera, and calibrate it. This saved me hundreds of dollars on a new windshield and made me a customer of theirs for life. “Hey just wanted to give a shout out to a fella by the name of Bob at this location on Laskey Road in Toledo. I called about seeing if I could have a minor problem fixed under the rear wheel well of my car. I just got off work and was only 10 minutes away. He got me in, took a look at it and fixed it within another 10-15 minutes before they closed. And because it only took a few screws to fix I wasn’t charged. That’s some serious customer service!Here’s what I’d like to add, I’m a woman and I loathe trying to go placing to have car work done. I’ve been taken advantage of and was told things that weren’t accurate and more costly. THAT! Is the epitome of things I strongly dislike.I’ve also been quoted a price for other things that I will more and likely return here for repair seeing the prices was much better and $110 dollars less!Thank you Bob for you and your team members assistance in such a great time of need!In kind regards,R.E.W.”

They had a better selection of used cars than any local dealership so I made the 2 plus hour drive there. Chris Miller did a great job and had the three cars I was interested in lined up and waiting for me when I got there. He also did not ride with me when I test drove them which is much appreciated. There is nothing more annoying than trying to look over a used car with a salesperson in your ear asking a bunch of questions. The condition of the cars was above average. I was able to get through finance in no time! Chris even helped me load the car on the trailer to take it home. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to experience how a dealership should treat their customers.”

“Unfortunately my car's engine is no longer working so I needed a tow from the mechanic's shop back to my home while I decide on a next step. I found Bargain Towing online and they were a pleasant God send from start to finish. Sam was very communicative on the phone and gave the best quote in comparison to the other 5 companies I called. He kept me in the loop on what would happen and how soon the tow truck would arrive. And when Billy arrived to pickup my car he was extremely pleasant and talked me through everything he would be doing and dropped my car off safely at my house without incident. Hoping our paths do not need to cross again, lol, but if they do I have their number saved in my phone because they were a ray of sunshine after a gloomy moment.
