When they called to tell me that all they did was tighten one belt to fix my power steering problem and that they didn’t even have to replace any belts I bought and they it would only be $20 , I couldn’t believe it. “HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! This is an awesome business! I took my '21 Grand Cherokee L to Gerber for front end damage after hitting a small deer. The repairs were done in the time frame they said from the start. The vehicle looked great.A few months later, an error was discovered by my dealership on the work Gerber performed. I called, and they got My Jeep back into their shop the next day. 5 days later they called and said it was done, they even fixed a broken taillight that had nothing to do with them!The people at Gerber were very professional and courteous, even when I wasn't. I will admit, I wasn't very professional, or courteous in our exchange, but they never wavered from their values. I cant thank them enough!
