“Rules without feeling like Homeland Security terrorism screening. Friendly staff of professionals. They ask you to sign in, and provide photo ID. A quick copy of that ID and you're next in line. Into an office for some data entry. Drop your personal items into a tray, and head to the restroom. A quick drop, and some initialing, you're on your way with a receipt. I've been to some other places where it was so rigid. Dropping your hands below the waistline could cancel your visit, and not let you back in for 24hrs. Everything was clean and welcoming. They do a greater series of testing than most other places in a nearby proximity. I in fact used them for FMCS(Commercial driver random screen). They did mention that in about 30 days they were moving over to Alum Creek Drive. Bonus for my proximity. I have already let my employer(another state) know that this was a good place to send their transportation employees.”

“Had to have blood drawn and went here. Had been once before and they were great. Was a slight issue with the doctor's order and Jovina there took care of it. Thea took my blood and these ladies are awesome! Will use this lab every time! Thank you ladies! ?Just had to take my husband there for blood work. Once again these ladies are awesome. In the hospital they had a very hard time finding a vein and had to have someone come in with an ultrasound. Thea found one with no problem and no pain! She and Ebony there always take care of you!”
“It was a quick and easy visit. The staff knew what they were doing and accomplished it swiftly. They were very friendly and helpful, keeping me calm when I almost passed out after getting my blood drawn, which I've never had happen before. Sweet nurses, highly competent, fast! The only thing that was sort of odd to me was coming into a room where there are no windows and no front desk, just a locked door leading to the lab area and the door out with a bunch of chairs and a kiosk and TV. Since I thought I was going to have to ask some questions before getting my tests done, I was a little worried at first since there was no desk for me to talk to someone at before my turn, but overall it went smoothly. I also loved that I could make an appointment from my computer at home since the closest Quest location is almost half an hour away from my home. Considering I tried to get my labs done with labcorp prior to this visit and that went absolutely horribly, I was extremely happy that my experience with Quest went so smoothly! Will be going here for any labs I need in the future.”
“I was a patient here and the nursing staff + the helpers were all wonderful to me catered to me and my needs vert caring staff.The rooms are roomy and the cleaners clean and mop every day.The food is better than the hospitals and at times better than home cooked.the have plenty of activities to do to help pass time and they have live music at times where u can request a song to her+sing along to and the staff will take and come get u.There is church on Sundays and bible studies throughout the week to keep u right with the MAN..The rehabilitation center has a great staff all certified and knowledgeable can help u heal while your here so if u need rehab or looking 4 a place 4 a loved 1 I recommend New Albany it's a clean and friendly place.Thank you New Albany ,James Todd ?”
“Just walked outside and had to give a review. Fantastic! I've been having increased tics due to stress and I have a horrible fear of needles and specifically getting my blood drawn. They were so patient and sweet to me! The two ladies that were there today 9/12 at 4:30 need a raise!”

“This building is kind of old, but the tech is up to date. The staff is the reason I am giving 5 stars- receptionist was super helpful, I watched her assist like 5 other people after I came in (some of them were grumpy) and she was very kind and helpful with everyone. The tech who did my blood draw was kind and compassionate, also very personable. It was a quick interaction but she made my visit pleasant. I would 100% go back and recommend.”
