I had very good experience. Very fast and the guy was nice. Make sure you call ahead to make appointment before you go because they said they have short on staffing

I had my finger prints taken and the gentlemen at the front desk was very nice and quick. I'm not sure why the negative reviews but my experience was pleasant

I was greeted promptly as I entered the building by a friendly face. Everyone was masked and there was plenty of sanitizer around. The woman who took my fingerprints was very friendly and caring!
