“I've been to CarePoint East a few times over the many years, both I think for single-stop scanning tests, so they were in and out. Getting here is easy, since it's right off 670. Parking? Well, there's plenty, but the parking aisles are quite tight, so have patients. Checking in was a breeze. Registration is immediately inside the main entrance. Fast and efficient. There's seating inside the front doors, but it's limited - I'm assuming this is to keep people from general congregating, etc. This time round, I was scheduled for Sports Medicine for this years-long hip/groin pains. Dr. Tiso is awesome. Very direct and to the point, he has a calm demeanor, a pleasant attitude, and a firm handshake. I'm super glad OSU has this facility on the east side (keeps me from having to drive up to campus).”

“I was a patient here and the nursing staff + the helpers were all wonderful to me catered to me and my needs vert caring staff.The rooms are roomy and the cleaners clean and mop every day.The food is better than the hospitals and at times better than home cooked.the have plenty of activities to do to help pass time and they have live music at times where u can request a song to her+sing along to and the staff will take and come get u.There is church on Sundays and bible studies throughout the week to keep u right with the MAN..The rehabilitation center has a great staff all certified and knowledgeable can help u heal while your here so if u need rehab or looking 4 a place 4 a loved 1 I recommend New Albany it's a clean and friendly place.Thank you New Albany ,James Todd ?”

“To the person who reviews below, Brittany, your review is extremely biased and should not be used against anyone who works there. Unless you are a 100% perfect human being and have never made a mistake in your life, bad mouthing someone that may have been having a bad day is just wrong. Was she rude to you while she nearly missed but still managed to get your second vein? I have never had an issue with any of the ladies who work there and I get my blood done regularly. Sorry you had a bad time, but damn girl, you really need to check yourself.”
