“This is my OG Macy's in the City. I have been coming here since I moved to Columbus and the mall and surrounding area was full of shops. To this day, I always find items here that are not at Polaris or Easton. I think it is because the store possibly has less traffic being in Tuttle Mall/Tuttle Crossing but I love it and I like to visit when Macy's have their big sales.When in the area, I cannot resist stopping in and will drive out from downtown just to go here. This visit, I even found a new jacket I have been looking for. I had not seen this option at other locations (but was on the app). It was here and it was on sale! Big Win and YAY!The mall itself is still worth a walk through but is nothing like it was 15-20 years ago. It is good to see that this Macy's is still here. They have a Macy's Backstage inside the store and if my memory serves me correct it was the first in the area. It's always worth a look around too.The store is a traditional Macy's layout and has everything you would expect. It's not my favorite location, but one of my favorite stores. Especially for the inventory and finds.”
“Dan and CJ were very helpful when it came to exchanging a size up. I had purchased some crocs that were a bit too small.Unfortunately I didn't have the receipt or tags but they were willing to help me and get that size exchanged. Grateful for their willingness to go above and beyond with their help and kindness.”

“They have some really good prices here. Great selection, too. I usually buy my shoes online, but I get tired of never being able to find anything in my size. I wear a 6.5 or 7 (depending on the shoe). It's the worst when I find shoes I like on eBay, then my size is sold out. When the prices here at the mall are comparable or even lower than online and you can try on the shoes, then it beats the convenience of buying online IMO.”

“This is the corporate office and a warehouse but you would never know that based off the friendly service I received. I purchased brand new bubblegum shoes and they threw in a reusable bag and inserts for free.”
