“the best shoe store in town, I had a certain pair of Jordans that I was searching for for about the last 6 months with no luck and was googling shoe shops in the are today and just happened to stumble across Boss Kicks, and the website had what i was looking for and actually ended up with 2 pairs of them and he gave me a great deal on them the price was already good for them but since i bought both pairs he made a more than generous deal on them. I will be a regular customer for sure and anyone looking for some sweet shoes should stay out of the big box stores and go spend some money with this locally owned and operated business, this guy is doing it right!!!”

“I don't buy shoes. I don't know anything about good shoes and shoe sizes. I buy boots. And sometimes what I can find at kohl's. So it's safe to safe I don't speak shoeglish. Anytime I've ever even tried to find a pair, it was never a good experience. The employees are more focused on what's on TV or the radio.That was not the case here. The manager Jack was who I worked with. He was AWESOME. Very attentive to what I needed and was looking for. Helped me find TWO Pairs that I absolutely LOVED. He asked what I was looking for, my budget, and what type of shoes I HAVE liked in the past. I'm simple, last four or five years I've owned three pairs of the same Adidas.... They worked for me. So he helped me find out what size shoe I actually wear (plus took into account I'm diabetic and feet do swell at times) brought me like 8-10 pairs of shoes. Helped me out with like the first two pairs make sure the fit was right. And left me to my devices to familiarize myself with what I was liking. Checked in with me once in a while to see if I needed anything. And in the meantime helped probably about 6-7 people. Was very patient. And then tried to help my wife pick out a pair as well. She's pickier than me but we will be going back lol. At the end of the time in the shop Jack was patient, helpful, and even dealt with my bad twisted sense of humor lol (sorry jack!) good guy. Great manager. He works the store like he owns it. And I appreciated the positive vibe, positive attitude and work ethic.. (plus good taste in music) I left with a weird shade of like aliens blue altraas? Idk what they were at the moment. And these awesome black and purple RIVALS.10/10 WOULD RECCOMEND (actually just did to three people) and will be going back.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful and my stylist Elizabeth was very accommodating, she did a great job. I wish it had not been so crowded. I had to share a mirror with another bride. Also, it was very hot. Some fans would be good or keep the temperature at a lower setting. The dressing room doors need to be cleaned more often especially by the door handles.”

“My podiatrist at the VA sent me here.I purchased a pair of Irish Setter Upland boots and they are the best shoes I have ever worn.The comfort ,style and support are great.I went on a 2 mi. hike over rolling terrain the same day and my feet felt fine afterwards.It's a great feeling.I don't see how the service could have been any better.Jason showed me those shoes after a computerized analysis printout determined what shoe would be best for my particular feet.I will enjoy the quality and comfort of these shoes long after I have forgotten what I paid for them.”

“I have had recent surgery & weight loss & needed some stretchy pants in a smaller size. I can not compliment the sales women enough who helped me yesterday, 10/9/23, afternoon. They were so attentive, kind, & caring. They knew their product so well & brought me three great styles. I purchased all three (one which I needed in a different size which they ordered for me right there at the store). They helped me chose the correct sizes, gave suggestions of what to wear them with, & helped me know what was “in fashion” this year, as I’m about 100 years old & have no daughters.
