“Had a flat tire and went to go get my tire patched next day woke up and it was flat and went back and they apologized and explained they missed the hole that was not able to be fixed and ended up giving me a tire for free. “I'm a stickler for customer service & just being kind all around. I experienced first hand why this location has 5 stars. Although, my job took longer than expected I was patient. They were kind, efficient and from what I observed, gave every customer the great service we deserve. I'm very thankful and happy. Freddy was very kind and thoroughly made sure I had the correct tires for my car. I even spoke with Paul to schedule my appt and initially another gentleman (I can't remember his name) to order my tires. Every encounter was professional and kind. I took my truck there not to long ago and they messed up a little bit with some miss communication about some things on a inspection, but Bob the owner called me and apologized and wanted to make things right. That’s the only reason this isn’t 5 stars, is cause they did screw up a little bit , but I really appreciate them making things right.
