I had a mobile order shipped to the store that was incorrectly tagged; the manager on shift looked high and low through the whole store to find the correct shirt and also refunded me for my trouble. I wasn’t upset—this type of thing happens!—but she still took my issue very seriously and went the extra mile to make it right. Also love my shirt!”
