Very helpful workers. Polite and kind. This smaller one is so much better than the big, flashy Verizon a few blocks up! The wait was worth it! Sean even remembered the things that were providing me difficulties a week later!

Fantastic! I tried a Verizon retailer that I thought was an actual Verizon store.(it’s called viktra but they make it seem like they’re the real Verizon) Spent nearly a week trying to simply upgrade to a new phone.
