“I had months of issues with Verizon that were racked up in charges that I couldn’t get anyone to remove, regardless how many times I tried to call. I couldn’t sync my streaming services, I needed a new phone, everything was super messy with Verizon and I and I couldn’t get any resolution. Ty and Sean were super nice and sat with me for 2 hours, resolving issues that I couldn’t get resolved. Ty streamlined my bill, and got me discounts I couldn’t get from customer service (veteran and autopay). In short, they were great.”

The salesman helped me pick out a phone that was a high-end phone but had the best deal. So I walked out of there with an excellent phone that didn't wholly take up my whole check.
