I couldn’t sync my streaming services, I needed a new phone, everything was super messy with Verizon and I and I couldn’t get any resolution. Ty and Sean were super nice and sat with me for 2 hours, resolving issues that I couldn’t get resolved. Ty streamlined my bill, and got me discounts I couldn’t get from customer service (veteran and autopay). In short, they were great.”
