“I had a slow leak in my rear right tire so I went to the tire store where I bought it. I was told it couldn’t be repaired so I had to replace it. They told me Michelin didn’t make that particular tire anymore so, I would have to replace all four tires with the a new line of Michelin tires. The other option was to put a different brand tire on, and I would have to wait two to three hours. I didn’t want different tires on my car so I left there and called a different tire store. The other store told me they would have to order the tire if they could find it, and it would take two to three days.I remembered the service I received from Best One Tires in the past so I thought I’d pop in there to see what they could do. They agreed that the tire couldn’t be repaired. I said I wanted the same Michelin tire that I had on it. I was working with a gentleman named Mike I believe. He said well let me see if I can get it. I was doubtful since I was told Michelin didn’t make that particular tire anymore. About 15 to 20 minutes later, Mike comes back and said I could come to the counter and pay as they were pulling my car around. I’m thinking I was prepaying for the ordered tire. I asked if he had to order the tire. He said he picked it up and its already its on the car. I couldn’t believe it! I was there less than an hour with a brand new Michelin tire that I wanted. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. It wasn’t lost on me that they even cleaned the rim. I was extremely happy with the service and the attention I received. I strongly recommend Big One Tires and going forward, that will be my first choice for replacement tires and tire repair. Thanks Mike and team. Great job!!”

“I was very impressed! I called prior for pricing on a used tire and was happy with the price for install. When I arrived I was helped by the manager (I believe that's what his position is or could be owner) who remembered the call and the tire number. I felt a little up-sale while the tire was being installed but at the same time I'm sure my other tire needed replaced and I needed alignment and brakes soon as well. I feel they are very honest! I ended up getting two used front tires with EXCELLENT tread & for an awesome price compared to other competitors nearby! My car rides so much better! They were friendly and quick. I will definitely return!”
