“The service here is amazing and I appreciate their great work! I was visiting the New Miami, OH area for a week and I pierced a tire on my rental (2023 Charger) on a Friday night. I called this location bright and early at 7:05am on Saturday morning as I had to pick up a friend from CVG at 2pm that same day.Not only did he give me the better of the two quotes I received between them and another service station, they provided me with a local towing company suggestion, and moved some appointments around for that morning to get me in and out before my morning work meeting at 9:30am.The staff was friendly and knowledgeable answering all of my odd tire questions and even gave me some cool "tire facts"! lol I would recommend this place ten times out of ten if you need gret friendly and affordable service.”

“My car's alternator went out completely unexpectedly and my regular mechanic said they didn't have time to get me in for a while. I called Tri City Auto because they were the only place I could think of and I've had several friends recommend them, including friends who also had to have their cars towed here for urgent things, and they were awesome. The person I talked to on the phone told me they might not be able to get me in until the end of the week, but they got to my car the next day and called me to say he was ready first thing the day after that! $525 to get my alternator and the belt replaced on a 2004 Honda Civic, which was less than I was expecting. The two people at the front desk that I spoke to were both very friendly and helpful, and the estimate I was given before the work was done was exactly right. I would absolutely recommend Tri City Auto and there's a good chance I'll be back the next time I need work done.”

“Drove home from Florida on 3/3/23 in the worst rain storm I have ever experienced and then the low tire light goes on tried a couple places to try and check the tire 1/1/2 hour wait just to look at it. Then went to Herrington’s and they brought me in right away. Jimmy tire repair guy checked it on the outside no leak then checked the inside and found a pin hole. He fixed it right away and for no charge. That kind of customer service is rare in this day and age. I was back on the road in less than an hour.Herrington’s really saved the day.”

“My radiator blew at 10:30p6m on a Thursday. I had it towed in the next morning, completely expecting to be without a vehicle for the weekend. Jerry was great, called and let me know when my vehicle had arrived safely on the tow truck. They advised me they would try to take a look at it but may not get to it until Monday (I was perfectly fine with that). By 1pm they had called with a solution to the issue and had an upfront price. At 4pm they called and said it was ready. We were blown away by how quickly they got us in and how helpful everyone is. We recently moved and needed a new mechanic we could trust, now we’ve found one.”

I am so grateful for this location being open on a Sunday. I explained my situation to Brian and he gladly came out to properly inflate my tires. He also inspected my sidewalls for wear. He was quick and beyond professional. Again I'm very grateful . There's nothing worse than having to change a trailer tire when it's load.”
