“After receiving a ridiculous quote from a local Ford dealership, I decided to give Jeff's a try. I stopped by and spoke with Don who gave me a quote well within reason and got me in quickly. I also had a previous issue looked at by three Ford dealers (over he course of a year who threw parts at the issue) who couldn't find the problem. Don and I discussed it and he thought he knew what the problem might be. He called me the next day with and estimate to repair and that they had found the issue. Don kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and was completed the next day. Words can't express how satisfied I am with this shop and I am so glad I found them. These guys have earned my business for the long haul. Great, honest guys. You won't be disappointed!”

“I feel like I won the lottery! I had a great mechanic that unfortunately went out of business. I tried a couple of different places, but always felt like I was being talked down to, up charged, and I didn't trust them. A friend recommended Jim's. I took my older car in, it needed axles, boots, etc. They got me in the next day, called me in the early afternoon with an estimate, (that was quite a lot less expensive than the "other" place). I agreed and got a call later in the day, telling me my car was ready. I thought it would have taken at least 2-3 days. They are all so friendly, professional, and reasonable. They didn't talk down to me, plus they give a ladies discount!!! What???They have my business for life! Thank you guys! You rule!!”

“Man is a life saver....2915 chevy cruze serpentine belt broke right in front of his shop and he was still open. He said it might be able to be fixed that weekend but got me back on the road that day. Replaced the belt and pully in 3 hrs tops. If I need my car worked on again it'll go to him over the dealership I got it from”

“I called them to get a tune for my CTSV on Monday evening. He told me to drop it off sometime Tuesday. I dropped it off before work on Tuesday morning. They called me before lunch Wednesday morning and told me to come get it. Very nice guys. They were pulling out a few cars they built as I was there dropping mine off. Easy to talk with and explains what's wrong with your automobile like your a human being and does not talk down to you or seem rude when explaining.His rates are fair, I know this because I have got multiple quotes before on previous cars he has fixed and he has always been either the same or cheaper than those big companies out there like Firestone.I have never had an issue with mr.Armstrong in payment or when it's time for pickup of my car. Has a Dropbox for keys, so when it is your scheduled time for drop off, you can do it really early if you want since the keys drop into the box.The only downside I can think of is he is always super busy, everyone around this area knows he does good work and is willing to help out so his schedule is always booked out pretty far so call him sooner rather than later and you will thank me later I guarantee it.”

“I was very impressed! I called prior for pricing on a used tire and was happy with the price for install. When I arrived I was helped by the manager (I believe that's what his position is or could be owner) who remembered the call and the tire number. I felt a little up-sale while the tire was being installed but at the same time I'm sure my other tire needed replaced and I needed alignment and brakes soon as well. I feel they are very honest! I ended up getting two used front tires with EXCELLENT tread & for an awesome price compared to other competitors nearby! My car rides so much better! They were friendly and quick. I will definitely return!”
