“From the moment I walk up to the counter until the time I am checking out and leaving, everyone I talk to is friendly, happy to see us and makes me feel like family! I leave knowing the people there are treating my pets like their own. The front desk, technicians and doctor all go above and beyond and I am very thankful for that.
Having a wellness plan makes getting yearly teeth cleaning for my dog (a Yorkie which is a Breed known for problem teeth so I am careful to take extra care of them) super easy and comfortable. It also makes it so that no matter what the worry, I never have to hesitate to get him in to be seen. The exam is already paid for in my plan no matter how many times I go. ( Not saying I'm a crazy dog & cat Mom or anything).
Thank you to all the Banfield staff for the excellent care you give my family, for legged it two. Also, thank you for helping me keep up on when vaccines and shots etc are due. I would forever forget without you.”

“I would highly recommend Animal Eye Clinic for your pets needs. It was extremely easy to book an appointment and be seen quickly, schedule surgery quickly and follow up quickly. My dog recently had surgery and everything was handled so well and professionally from check in, to meeting with Pam who was so kind and caring. Our dog has complex medical history and she listened to all my concerns regarding his emergency medications, asked questions, wrote notes this is the first time in any clinic our dogs needs were taken this seriously and it made me feel that much more comfortable! I believe it was Kim who was with my dog during the day of surgery and gave me all the discharge information was so kind and caring and I could tell actually spent time with my dog during the day! And last but not least, Dr Francis, your bedside manner is 100%, so happy we found you and will continue to recommend to anyone we know!”

“My Boston Terrier’s are existing patients for several months and have experienced nothing short of wonderful service. All of the Veterinarians and Techs are caring , loving and listen to you regarding concerns and provide clear discharge instructions. The ONLY ISSUE-MAJOR ISSUE I have is with a newer employee “Ashley”. She is beyond rude, when you ask a question regarding one of my pets, she will cut me off mid-sentence and won’t listen to the question at hand. When I try to stop her so she can hear my question she becomes ignorant and snippy. When coming to the clinic I dread seeing her at the front desk, she exudes an uncomfortable oura to me that is unacceptable. She is rude not only verbally, even texting she seems to dance around questions asked. VERY rarely do I post a negative review however this needs to addressed and remediated as I do not want other clients get treated the same way.”
“We very recently had to put our kitty, Toby, to sleep. He had been sick with different diseases and Dr. Wolf and staff were always available to help me with whatever Toby needed. When that time came, we couldn't have asked for a more loving send off for Toby. As hard as it was for us, they handled him very gently and it was very peaceful for him which is what we wanted. He literally just went to sleep. We have been going there for 15+ yrs. and they have taken care of many of our babies, including the three we still have. I cannot imagine anyone else besides Dr. Wolf taking care our babies.”

“We moved to the area last year but was stilling seeing our previous vet 40 mins away because a good vet is hard to find. This morning, our dog came in from her usual morning routine and her face was swollen. She’s 13 and I was panicking. Wedding Animal Hospital was the closest vet so we went there first. The staff was kind and understanding as I sobbed worried that my girl was not going to make it. FFWD, Dr. Walker was great. She talked us through everything, helped Lexi get stabilized and gave us instructions and medication. We were never pressured into anything and felt comfortable asking questions.
We have found our new vet. Thank you Weddington Animal Hospital staff.”
“I've been taking my great dane to Vet-REC for almost 2 years. He'll be 11 in December, and I attribute his long life to their care. Each week, he receives hydro, laser, and acupuncture treatments. They are patient and take the time to help you understand the treatment for your pet and so you feel comfortable. Everyone who works here is so kind and caring, and they treat your pets as if they were their own. From the office staff to Dr. Newnan, everyone is professional, thoughtful and helpful. I cannot recommend the entire team enough!”

“If you need dental work for your dog- go here! I was referred to them by my primary for a root canal due to a dead canine tooth. They were able to get me in quickly, and were able to do my consult and procedure same day. They took care to go over everything before the procedure, and I received contestant text messages during his care to keep me updated- never did I have to call ONCE, I always knew what was going on (and that is so, so appreciated). They also took great care not to shave my poodles coat for IV, which to me was above and beyond. Over all, 10/10 experience, if my animals ever need dental work again I will absolutely come here. Friendly staff, wonderful doctors and nurses, and a really nice facility.”

I brought by two senior dogs in and they acted professional, answered all of my questions, addressed all my concerns, and gave a comprehensive bill break down before proceeding with care. For the first time ever my dog Maxwell wasn't scared or anxious while at the vet. Dr.Johnson and her team never questioned my knowledge of dogs, or my knowledge of my own dogs and their mannerisms. I recently moved from Colorado and am so happy I found Compassionate Care as established a relationship with them! They did follow up calls to make sure Max was feeling great a few days after the appointment and to answer any questions we might have!”
“Always caring and expert care and thoughtful. Very good at taking care of our baby boys medical needs and treatment. We only have Little Tommy now as Spanky passed a few months ago. Spank had good care and compassion as does Tommy. Very efficient and knowledgeable caring treatment. Spank and Tommy never liked to come to the Vet office, but this made it very good for them.”
