“I had to change vets after a heartbreaking end with my previous vet and I’m glad I took a chance on this place. I have 2 rescue cats and Dr. McGarry and her assistant have been the sweetest! You can tell Dr. McGarry really cares about them. She doesn’t rush. She’s very loving to the cats so it’s never stressful for them and she’s figured out their ailments each time they’ve had some strange medical issue pop up as kittens. The front desk staff is also very nice and call and check on them after they’ve been seen. I’m so thankful for the staff.”

“Our dog Winnie can be very difficult with going to the vet since she is a reactive dog. Dr. Nathan Williams and the technician (I’m sorry I forgot her name) were nothing but patient and understanding with her. They took the time to hear everything we have experienced without being dismissive of our concerns. Our dog surprisingly remained calm the entire time. They were even able to get blood work from her without a muzzle or our assistance which has NEVER happened. We have found our vet and we will not be changing. Thank you Dr. Williams and team!”

“I cannot say enough good things about the Hospital for Veterinary Dentistry and Oral Surgery AND Dr. Reynolds. My dog, Skyler, is almost 14 years old and is on gall bladder meds, so suffice it to say, I was very nervous about having her teeth cleaned. However, after meeting Dr. Reynolds and her assistant, Emily, I felt very comfortable trusting my dog to them. Skyler had her teeth cleaned and 6 teeth extracted and did exceptionally well. Everyone was very kind, professional and you could tell they cared about your pet. Thank you Dr. Reynolds and the Hospital for Veterinary Dentistry and Oral Surgery for taking such good care of my sweet girl.”

“Dr. MacDonald is by far one of the best veterinarian I have experienced in my past 15 years of dog owning. Last year our Shepherd Lab mix had to be put down from old age and she prepared me well in advance exactly what to look for. It was a heart-breaking decision and when the time came Dr. MacDonald handled the procedure with kindness and compassion. She made Ryleighs last moments on this earth with us peaceful and pain free. When a few months later I brought in our Blue Heeler, Camino, we talked about Ryleigh and she talked me through the decision that we made, reinforcing that it was the right one.Three weeks ago I was back at the vet with Camino and she correctly diagnosed him with allergies. She examined him while sitting on the floor, speaking calming words, and told me every step of the way what she was doing.After you loose a pet (even from old age) it is daunting to return to the vet. I have experienced vets that are alarmists and make you feel like a terrible owner for not wanting a procedure done. Dr. MacDonald is NOT this kind of vet. Ryleigh could not have her teeth cleaned as to a medication reaction (almost died 3rd time) and she understood this. No pressure was ever put on me to have any procedure done. With Camino she explained that Zyrtec and Benadryl were also alternatives, however Apoquil was more suited for dogs and Cam responded instantly (4 hours the mucus was reduced). She was clear a short stint on this drug would clear it up (which it did.)When Dr. MacDonald moved from one location to this current one I drove the extra ten minutes.This location is inside Petsmart and if your dog is not a social butterfly (neither of mine were) they have plenty of space for you to stand to the side. Wednesdays and the quietest days for appointments and this will be my day of choice.Through the Banfield plan, over the years, I have seen my share of veterinarians, and I can tell you with 100% honesty you will be very happy with the care your pet receives with Doctor MacDonald. We are lucky to call her our vet. Woof Woof from Camino too!”

Well done & thanks for caring for my 2 critters.”
