“Overall experience was good and went smooth. It would be helpful to educate clients about the cones (cleaning, removing and replacing the material that holds it on). We didn't get to that point because the dog walked into a wall and it cracked down the side after only being home for 5 hours. The staff was very courteous and helpful with getting the dogs into the car after the procedure. I would definitely recommend and use their services in the future.”
