“I've been a member at Charlotte Metro Credit Union, now Skyla, since 2015, and they've always been fantastic. They've financed 3 cars for me, and recently got me a rewards cards with 0% interest for 12 months on balance transfers. They were able to pay off all my other credit cards and move those balances to their rewards card at 0%. Fantastic customer service, great people, and super convenient, regardless of the location. Plus, I like the feeling of working with a local financial institution rather than one of the big banks. Highly recommend!”
“I began banking with FNB in Mint Hill in 2015, and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The bank manager, Melissa Fields, helped me get an auto loan even when the NC SECU would not approve me (SECU wouldnt count my children's SSI death benefits from their father as income, despite the fact that the minivan was for them lol! I have GREAT credit). I paid the loan off btw. The staff have also been there to help me with starting my own business, when I was going through an IRS audit, and when I underwent identify fraud. They always remember me by my first name when I walk in, and always respond quickly to my emails or phone calls. I have since moved from Mint Hill, but I still call them anytime I need help. They may be a big bank, but the employees at this branch are all fantastic.”

“This was my very first time coming to this bank. It is located right across from Southpark mall. It's a very nice bank, and as soon as you walk in, you are greeted by all friendly staff members. There was no line when I arrived and was immediately seen. What I needed did take a bit longer as they had to do some verifications, but everyone was patient and apologizing for the wait, which was no problem for me. They have a grand staircase right in the front and decorated already for the Christmas holidays. This was the first bank that looked upscale and gave a very different bank vibe than most of the other banks. It's definitely an experience for sure.”
“I am surprised to see all the negative reviews. My experience with First Citizens has been wonderful. I brought my business to them after my Wells Fargo business accounts were compromised. My experience with them has been absolutely wonderful. They have additional services in place that helps you to protect your money/accounts that are top-notch.”

“I went in today (Sept 29th 2023) rather stressed out due to an exacting financial transaction needed for my family. I wasn't sure I had all the information I needed.Nyzha, an employee who was not working at the teller windows, but at a nearby desk, seemingly noticed my stressed out appearance and asked if I needed anything. After what was probably an overly long explanation, Nyzha proceeded to perform the entire transaction for me.This was a somewhat involved, multi-step process, and she made it look easy. Within fifteen or so minutes, I went from stressed and worried to having everything buttoned up and ready, perfectly, the first time. I am VERY thankful for Nyzha's help, and glad I dropped by the Pineville branch today.I experienced not 'just' top-notch customer service - I spoke to someone who was committed to "being a super cool human being", and my entire day feels better for it.My heartfelt thanks go out to NCSECU's Pineville branch, and Nyzha in particular.
