“I've been a member at Charlotte Metro Credit Union, now Skyla, since 2015, and they've always been fantastic. They've financed 3 cars for me, and recently got me a rewards cards with 0% interest for 12 months on balance transfers. They were able to pay off all my other credit cards and move those balances to their rewards card at 0%. Fantastic customer service, great people, and super convenient, regardless of the location. Plus, I like the feeling of working with a local financial institution rather than one of the big banks. Highly recommend!”
“I began banking with FNB in Mint Hill in 2015, and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The bank manager, Melissa Fields, helped me get an auto loan even when the NC SECU would not approve me (SECU wouldnt count my children's SSI death benefits from their father as income, despite the fact that the minivan was for them lol! I have GREAT credit). I paid the loan off btw. The staff have also been there to help me with starting my own business, when I was going through an IRS audit, and when I underwent identify fraud. They always remember me by my first name when I walk in, and always respond quickly to my emails or phone calls. I have since moved from Mint Hill, but I still call them anytime I need help. They may be a big bank, but the employees at this branch are all fantastic.”

“I had a WONDERFUL experience at Truliant's Matthews, NC location and it was all because of DOUG! He works at the Waverly location but was assigned to this location today. Upon entering, I was met with a smile and extreme professionalism. I told Doug I was interested in membership, opening an account, and information on auto loans. I wasn't aware that they work by appointment only on Saturdays. Although they were booked solid with membership appointments, Doug still tried to squeeze me in today. When I told him that wasn't necessary, he told me the best time to call to schedule an appointment. He also informed me of how I didn't have to put it off because all those services could be done online through their website and gave me instructions on how to do it. Doug even went the extra mile, by quickly crunching potential auto loan interest rates and monthly payment amounts for me.This visit proved to me that Truliant respects and cares for their members and clientele.
