“I am a new member of this bank and I have had a pleasant experience this far. The young ladies in there have given stellar service on every visit even though I keep minimal funds there. I will be seeking to do further business here as I am confident that I will be handled with great care and consideration. My only issue however, is online access. This worked for a while I even have the app on my phone and it all of a sudden stopped allowing me access. Frustrating but, I will be contacting the 800 number to resolve. “I moved all my business accounts from Wells Fargo to South State Bank years ago due to poor customer service at Wells. The customer service at South State is top notch. Any issue I have had with my businesses has been handled professionally and efficiently. All of the staff are great to work with and very friendly. South States website and app for the phone are awesome! Super intuitive and user friendly. The only reason I didn't give five stars is due to the fact the bank does not have an ATM on the exterior of the bank, there is one in the lobby; so no ATM transactions outside of business hours.”
