Due to bank policy, which we realized is similar at other banks, I could not cash them, but Kyle was providing the best service he can.He was friendly and did not turn us right away but listened, tried to understand the problem and took the time to look for other solutions for us. Sometimes a business cannot provide a certain service, but what they always can do, is to give good customer service experience, which Kyle proved that day; which other banks did not hold up to.”
