I opened a new account and they are holding my funds for 7 days. I can't pay bills until they allow me. Bad business not to inform people before they put their money in.

The hiring standards have gone way down hill. Used to be smiles and friendly, helpful people. Now it's frowns and looking for ways to avoid transactions.

Had a very positive experience with the Branch VP/Leader Sam. Had an issue and he kept his word & followed through until it was resolved!
We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
